GALLERY/ DEALER PROGRAM

The ES/FA Dealer Program is designed to 1) give you access to a wide variety of quality original art and giclées, and 2) provide you a powerful selling program that maximizes revenue with minimal investment, inventory and wall space requirements.

Sales and Marketing The ES/FA Portfolios

The Portfolios and related materials are the primary tools for selling ES/FA giclées.1. The set consists of two premium 13" x 19" binders: The Jazz Collection and the Lifestyles Collection. Dealers generally carry both portfolios. 2. we sell each portfolio at wholesale to dealers. .3. To obtain the two Portfolios, a dealer must initially purchase giclées with a total wholesale cost of $5000 or more. 4. Each Portfolio is custom built. Dealers choose the pages they want from images on a CD we provide. Allow approximately two weeks to receive Portfolios. 5. The maximum number of pages in each Portfolio is 20 sleeves with 20 images , totaling approximately twenty (20) art images for Portfolios combined. 6. Portfolios may be updated several times during the year as additional pages with new images become available from ES/FA. Dealers are sent a CD with the new images (or a Web link) and may request up to a specified number of new pages, at no cost. Dealers must return a like number of old pages in exchange. (The reason for this requirement is to avoid exceeding the number of pages that fit comfortably in each binder and also to avoid "loose pages.").

Marketing 1. You may request an exclusive sales territory within your city or demographic area. If so, this territory will be defined at the time you become an authorized dealer. 2. We provide public relations support, in the form of press releases to local periodicals, listing on our Website and mailings to ASID members of your local interior design community. (Available in Florida only) 3. Dealers are encouraged to maintain several ES/FA giclées on display at all times. This provides a tie-in between the images in the Portfolios and actual giclées.

Ordering & Fulfillment 1. Dealers can order any of the prints offered by ES/FA, even those not included in their custom Portfolios (e.g., images in the ES/FA website or in the supplemental CDs). 2. All orders should be submitted in writing or e-mail. Order Forms and price lists can be downloaded fromwww.everettspruill.50megs.com 3. All giclées include a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.4. All giclées are printed to order and generally are shipped within 5 business days.Allow up to an extra week or more if an artist signature is required on the prints. 5. Prints (both paper and canvas) are shipped rolled, unless the dealer specifies otherwise. 6. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping, out of state, stretched canvases or paper prints shipped flat - call us for S&H estimate. 7. 100% of the total cost including shipping cost is required before an order will be shipped.. ES/FA accepts VISA and MasterCard.

Performance Goals 1. Our goal at ES/FA is to ensure mutual success by providing you the tools you need to sell our fine art and giclées. To reach this objective, we establish a minimum sales goal of $8,000 per year (12 months) based on suggested retail price. This is approximately equal to an average of 2 prints per month; at an average retail of $330 - a very achievable goal. We expect most dealers to easily surpass this goal. 2. If the annual sales goal is not achieved, we will jointly look for ways to increase sales. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to terminate the dealer relationship. Of course, you would still be able to order originals and giclées from us through our website at a different commission rate.3. From time to time ES/FA may offer special sales incentives to dealers who exceed specific sales goals. All dealers will receive timely notification of these programs.

INTERNET DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM

The ES/FA Internet Distributor Program is designed to provide online galleries an opportunity to take advantage of our product line with minimal or no investment .

Performance Goals

1. Our goal at ES/FA is to ensure mutual success by providing you the tools you need to sell our fine art and giclées. To reach this objective, we establish a minimum sales goal of $4,000 per year (12 months) based on suggested retail price.This is approximately equal to an average of 3 prints per month; at an average retail of $110 - a very achievable goal. We expect most internet distributors to easily surpass this goal. 2. If the annual sales goal is not achieved, we will jointly look for ways to increase sales. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to terminate the dealer relationship. Of course, you would still be able to order originals and giclées from us through our website at a reduced commission rate. 3. From time to time ES/FA may offer special sales incentives to distributors who exceed specific sales goals. All dealers will receive timely notification of these discounted offers.

OPTION A

Distributor accepts payment of merchandise unless otherwise noted. Distributor is also required to collect shipping and handling cost for each item ordered.

Distributor should collect all information pertaining to delivery and special handling of order where required.

Distributor will then forward net payment, total shipping cost and order and customer information to ES/FA for processing within 2 days of receipt of order. ES/FA will processed all orders within 72 hours and shipped within 1 – 2 weeks on giclees and 1 week for lithos, serigraphs and originals. All products have a 10 day money back guarantee and will receive complete refund upon return of undamaged products.

OPTION B

Distributor has the option to allow all transactions to be handled by ES/FA, whereby Distributor collects all necessary information i.e. payment info. Delivery address, contact info and forward to ES/FA for processing. In many cases handling cost will vary considerable and follow up is necessary to confirm the exact cost of shipping. Distributors will receive commission payment monthly by check or Pay Pal deposit.

Return Policy

All items are 100% guaranteed to arrive undamaged. If an item is damaged during shipping you will be asked to fill out a claim form with the carrier and fax or mail it to us. Once that is done we will either replace your piece if another is available or issue you a 100% refund. We will wait for the insurance claim to settle. No returns after 10 days. Shipping costs can not be refunded. No returns on limited edition giclees, special orders or items not in our current inventory.

Security

We are committed to ensuring the security of customers' order information. All credit card information is encrypted through a secure socket layer server (SSL) so that it cannot be read or copied as the information travels over the Internet. Depending on your browser, you will see a lock or key in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This ensures that the communication between your browser and our secure server cannot be observed by a third party.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to your privacy. We do not sell our client list to anyone for any purpose. Your personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email addresses are used only internal for data tracking and to improve what we can offer you. We do from time to time send out an email offer to our client base only. You can opt out of our emails at anytime. We do not store any of your personal information in any accessible online files.
